About this collection
The Rare Drop is a small, timely shelf: a handful of things that made us stop and stare this month. No theme beyond curiosity.
This first drop leans luxurious and slightly unhinged: a Singaporean snack of salmon skin in salted egg yolk, Vermont maple that swirls with edible shimmer, a vinegar brewed from craft IPA, another fermented from wild ramps, Galician razor clams, bourbon-cask chocolate and smoked salmon in Sichuan chili crisp.
